~*Happy New Year*~

On to a new year.....honestly I was ready for 2011 to start in October! Adding a few pictures of some upcoming Halloween patterns I will be launching on Patternmart hopefully within the next month. There's always something so exciting about starting a new year....like a fresh start. I have decided to not make any resolutions this year, just follow my heart and passions with no expectations other than being good to myself. As mom's we often forget to do that, we feel that in someway it may be selfish to think of our own needs. I by no means plan on buying myself diamonds or furs (I'd much rather spend money at Lowe's anyway!) or push my family aside, but simply let myself BE. We are our own worst critics and judges.....no quicker way to bring sorrow to ourselves. So this year I will simply focus on being, on creating and accepting myself for who I am.
