Easter Candy

Picked up the last couple of things I needed last night to make Easter candy this year. I haven't made candy in years & I am so excited to do it!! I've been picking up my supplies for a couple of months a little each week so I can make a lot for little! Had my husband get my molds from the basement....I DO NOT go there, that's where the spiders are!!!!! Think I'm going to start some tonight. Also going to make some cute little mini cakes and Easter cookies. I'll post pics when I'm done with them.

We're having Easter dinner here and I am so excited about how I want to dress my table. Love the light colors of spring but I am going to stay with blues & browns. I have Pfaltzgraff Folkart plates and am hoping to find brown paper napkins, I want to tuck the cutlery inside & wrap with twine or jute. I'm also going to sponge my hard cooked eggs with blue dye and put them in one of my wooden bowls with some excelsior. Martha Stewart has a template in her spring magazine for bunny place markers that I am planning to make with brown paper bags....hope it all comes together as I see it in my mind LOL!! I'll post pics!!

I make those chocolate's because my Grandmother when she was here would make the chocolates for every holiday. I do miss her. I hope to see pictures of your chocolates and cupcakes. What time is dessert?
